Shipping & Returns
Hello from Cheshire! Here’s how we deliver your order—and how returns work if something isn’t right.
1) Where we deliver
We currently ship across mainland United Kingdom. Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may take longer and can include a surcharge shown at checkout.
2) Dispatch timing

Orders placed by 12:00 (noon) UK time usually leave our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).

We’ll email tracking when your label is created; first scans may appear within 24–48 hours.
3) Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

Standard (Tracked 48 / equivalent): ~5–8 business days

Express (Tracked 24 / Next-Day services): ~4–7 business days
These are estimates; weather, peak seasons and remote postcodes can add time.
4) When your parcel arrives
Please check packaging and contents promptly. If anything is damaged or missing, email support@rebeledrive.com within 7 days with photos plus your order number so we can act quickly.
5) Change-of-mind returns (cooling-off + our policy)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery; you then have 14 days to return the goods.

Rebeledrive also offers a 30-day returns window from delivery for unused items in resaleable condition (whichever is longer for you).

Keep original packaging, manuals and included accessories. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect the goods.
How to start: email support@rebeledrive.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning and the reason. We’ll reply with the correct return address and a Returns Authorisation. Please don’t send items without authorisation—unidentified parcels may be delayed.
Return postage: For change-of-mind, you cover return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or there’s a confirmed fault on arrival, we’ll sort it at our cost.
Refunds: Once the return is received, we inspect within 5–7 business days and refund to your original payment method. Your bank typically shows funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.
6) Faulty, damaged or not as described (your UK rights)
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full:

Within 30 days of delivery, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund.

After 30 days, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement; if this isn’t possible or fails, a price reduction or refund may be due.
We cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faults. Please contact us first so we can provide a prepaid label or alternative arrangement.
7) Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Request an exchange within 30 days (stock permitting). Sometimes the fastest route is a return + new order—we’ll advise.
