We respect your privacy. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2) Personal data we process

  • You provide: name, email, phone, billing/shipping addresses, order details, support messages.

  • Payments: handled by our payment partners we don’t store full card details.

  • Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, approximate location from IP and similar diagnostic data.

  • Cookies & similar tech: for essentials (cart/checkout), analytics and where you consent marketing.

  • User content: reviews, photos and Q&A you submit.

3) Lawful bases for processing

We process your data on one or more of:

  • Contract (to take payment, fulfil your order and provide support)

  • Legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve our site; prevent fraud; measure performance)

  • Consent (for optional marketing or certain cookies withdraw anytime)

  • Legal obligation (e.g., tax/accounting and consumer protection rules)

4) How we use your data

  • Fulfil orders, provide customer support and manage returns.

  • Operate and secure our website; debug and improve performance.

  • Send order updates, policy notices and (with consent) marketing.

  • Orders & invoices: 6 years (HMRC requirements).

  • Support communications: up to 3 years after resolution.

  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

8) Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object (including to direct marketing) and port your data. To exercise rights or withdraw consent, email support@rebeledrive.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity.

9) Children

Our Services aren’t directed at children under 13. If you believe a child gave us data, contact us so we can delete it.

10) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure—please use strong passwords and keep them private.

11) Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and (with consent) analytics/marketing cookies. You can change preferences in your browser or via our cookie banner/settings.
