1) Acceptance of terms

By using our website or buying our products (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your login details secure you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

You authorise our payment partners to charge your chosen method for the order total, shipping and applicable taxes/duties. We may cancel or limit orders due to availability, suspected fraud or obvious errors; cancelled orders are refunded promptly. If a pricing/content error is unmistakable, we may cancel and refund or ask for your instructions.

4) Delivery, title & risk

See our Shipping Policy for options and timing. Title and risk transfer to you when the carrier accepts the parcel. Use a safe delivery address.

5) Returns & refunds

Covered by the combined Shipping & Returns page; your statutory rights are unaffected.

6) Your content (reviews, photos, Q&A)

If you submit content, you grant Rebeledrive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display it in connection with the Services. Don’t upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

7) Prohibited uses

No unlawful activities, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment or deceptive practices.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, all site materials belong to Rebeledrive or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt or redistribute without written permission.

9) Warranty & disclaimers

Except as required by law and as described in our policies, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable UK consumer rights.

10) Liability

We’re responsible for loss or damage that is foreseeable and caused by our breach or negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful (e.g., death or personal injury due to negligence, or fraud). We’re not liable for business losses; our products are supplied for domestic use.

11) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms. We’ll post changes on the site; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
